DECIDE WHAT
When we build a family, we also build a culture; a way of being; how we treat each other. With hindsight, we often think we could have done better. Organisationally, it is similar but with the option to consciously redefine cultural success and minimum standards as we go.

Understanding what a leader is, what they are not; why they matter and what is expected of you as one, seems only fair. The Anatomy of Everyday Leadership clearly teaches these. The Leadership Compass gives you a clear measure of leadership aptitude to build on.

REHEARSE HOW
Imposter syndrome is invisible - until it isn't. The first time you stand in front of your friends as their leader, you often have to do so without much training or support in the skills you need to succeed. This second part gives you the baseline skills you need to get things done.

All aspects of getting things done with a bunch of people, some older, some younger, some friends, other not. You, as the leader, need to know how to make things happen, keep your team safe and yourself sane. Preparation, Execution and Reflection are the touchstones.

CHOOSE YOUR POISON
You decide. We coach and mentor as well as delivering group learning. We work differently with individuals than with groups or audiences. As a team we collectively support you as well as specialise in areas of specific experience and expertise.

You can create consistent understanding with a keynote presentation, seminar or an SLT morning. We deliver interactive learning groups, often used as CPD or Induction training. One-to-one cultural alignment mentoring or coaching works for personal development.
