With over four decades of leadership experience, including fifteen as CEO of an international full-service event agency, Ross MacLennan has designed and led over 400 multi-cultural, inter-disciplinary teams, delivering high-risk objectives for his clients in more than 60 locations around the world.

He and his teams have worked with famous names, industrial and political legends and nameless, professional thought leaders & superstars, while surviving making just about every mistake you can make.

Ross is an experienced xeno-ethnologist, with a consulting focus on leadership. He has developed the unique approach to universal leadership called ArcOS.
