Oxygen makes up about 45% of the earth's crust, about 20% of our atmoshpere and over 60% of the human body. We often see Oxygen as explosive - so why doesn't everything explode?
Oxygen is not flammable. It does not burn. It's contribution is to accelerate change.
Oxygen is the catalyst; the enabler; the agent for change. Without it we would not exist - in our current form.
You need to apply it carefully. It not only allows us to energise our bodies, it also causes rust and is ozone.
If you are the leader of your team, you will often find you are the oxygen.
